House Rules:
As you are welcomed into the “Company”, please be mindful and respectful of our Artists and our salon guidelines. We want to maintain the level of luxury and intimacy our guests have come to respect.
Appointments:
When reserving with one of our guest specialists, a card on file may be required to secure your appointment depending on the service. No charges will be authorized to your account unless there is a breach of the cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, we will send you a text, email, or call before any scheduled service. If we do not receive a response, an additional attempt will be made.
Cancellations / No Shows:
Our Artists spend time preparing for your visit, and every aspect of your time with us is tailored specifically to you, down to the last detail. That being said, we hope you will give that same courtesy to your Artist. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a 50% charge of service. No-shows will be charged 100% of requested service.
Product Return Policy:
Due to the world we live in today, as a general rule, we DO NOT take back or return any hair or skin care products. Some exceptions may apply.
All tools carry a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Note: Manufacturer warranties should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Payment:
We accept both cash and card payments.

Gratuity:
Totally at your discretion, and always very much appreciated!
Gift Cards:
Gift Cards can be purchased in-store and never expire. Our gift cards can be used for any service or product we offer.
Children:
H.G. Taylor & Co. is a retreat, so please be mindful of your little ones and encourage their good nature. We have many harmful chemicals and sharp objects that could hurt your little one; that’s that last thing we want to happen! We appreciate your understanding and attentiveness.
